Left Lodi early this morning. Stopped by the office and they weren't open yet. So we dropped off our comment card in their comment card box and hit the road.
Kept driving south on Interstate 5. Not going to take the 99. The 99 about beat our motorhome to death the past two years, so not going to take that road and have it happen again this year.
It was quite hot outside and we were worried about climbing the Grapevine. Not pretty. Especially with me so dang worried about breakdowns. Just kept my finger crossed until we started to hit the traffic around LA. Yup, you guessed it. My favorite thing. Traffic in highly congested urban settings. Just love it. NOT!!!!!
Traffic only slowed once or twice and we took the 210 all the way in to Rialto.
Got home about 3:30 p.m. Very happy to be home. Don't even want to unpack the motorhome we are soooo tired. Tomorrow is another day and we will unpack then.
