Busy Day 2 at Dad's

Today Mike is still pretty much out of commission because his hand is in alot of pain.  But I am going to get a second batch of cookies done.  Today are the Chocolate Chip Pecan cookies.  Let's see how many I can get from a double batch for my daddy.

Not bad.  Got a few dozen.  Yup, you guessed it.  I packaged them up in ziplocks and took them to the freezer downstairs.  He's got quite a few packages that should tide him over for a few months after we leave.  His freezer is getting pretty full.  Got 12 mini rhubarb pies, several packages of the oatmeal date cookies, and now the packages of chocolate chip cookies.  He is one happy boy with a big smile on his face.

Headed back to the motorhome at the campground around 9:00 p.m.
